Terms of Service

Notice: This is a condensed version of the Terms of Service. Other terms may apply for specific situations.

Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• For purchased Products left with the Seller by the Customer for later pickup or delivery: The Customer has 30 days, from the date it was left with Seller, to received the product. Customer must provide a working phone number, email and physical address before leaving the product with Seller. If the Customer does not receive the product for whatever reason, whether on part of Seller or Customer, the Seller will refund the full amount and the Product returns to inventory for sale. Note: If Customer pays with a personal check, the Seller will not cash/deposit the Customer’s check until the Customer receives their Product.
• Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
• Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
• Seller provides absolutely no guarantees or warranties on Product finishes, particularly on Products that are left outside and exposed to the weather.
• Seller will do minor repairs, free of cost, at Seller’s discretion, when the need for repair is a function of construction on the part of the Seller. Seller cannot guarantee that the repaired Product will look exactly the same as it did when purchased.
• Seller’s products are art and not toys.
• Commercial and Personal Use: The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes must be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions (assignment of intellectual property rights) and financial implications of such use of the Product.
• AI and NFT: Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
